Dear Shakthaputras and putris,

Bathing is a time of purity. Instead of

singing film songs(nothing wrong with it once in a while!) one can

take that opportunity to purify oneself.

One can do the Ganga mahamantra(OM AIM

HILI HILI MILI MILI GANGE MAAM PAVAYA PAVAYA SWAHA)

And the panchadasi plus om namasivaya

om swaha and imagine as if you are being cleansed of all the sins and

bad deeds and thoughts committed the previous day and also for your

life times past and to come.

The focus should be on purity and not

on the removal of sins, as the word 'sin' will subconsciously

register more than the word 'purity'. Your subconsious is your

sapling and what you feed it will react to that and grow into either

a big straight tree or a crokked tree.

In the cause of purity,

Subodha.

PS: In Nanganallur temple there is a Vishnu dhanvantari theertham

near a well which was sanctified by Divine mother and swami

Rajagopala. One who sprinkles some water on himself/herself before

climbing the fifteen steps to see Divine mother Rajarajeshwari will

be sanctified and purified. This is the guruvaak of swami Rajagopal

there. Please do visit the temple in Chennai and sanctify yourselves

with the divine vibrations there. The unique thing is that men are

asked to remove their shirts to absorb the divine vibrations more in

the temple.
