These are simple exercises which give total vitality,youthfulness and energy. These were originally from India and is found in Hathayoga. For modern day busy people like us, this very very simple exercise program is a boon, a real manna from heaven. Please do this and be healthy. Iam doing these exercises regularly and find myself fit and healthy. I used to suffer from bouts of cough and cold often. But after doing these exercises those have stopped and I feel more energetic. Anyone can do it. And if anyone needs more information. They can take a printout of the pdf or contact me by email.
