Guest guest Posted June 8, 2005 Report Share Posted June 8, 2005 Dear Friends, For my knowledge and understanding Beeja mantras should not be published anywhere ofcourse not publicly. the very essence has to come from the guru to the shishya. this mantra should be safely guarded secretly irrespective of any situation and circumstance. A Sri vidya Upasak will definitely know of this by his guru before initiation itself. Partake with ur life, but not with the mantra. This is the principle.This holds good for all beeja mantras. None other than the guru has the right to give mantras. Why this rule? A mantra means man ka antar. saying inside the mind. There are several changes whih are likely to take place in a human body who says these beeja mantras. A human body may not be capable of withstanding the change and coping favorably with it. For this and initiation and diksha is very impt for fine attunement. What happens during a diksha? Diksha can be in 2 ways. 1. After obtaining consent from the respective deity as to whether the person to whom diksha is required can be given or not. Under this method, the sole discretion is left to the deity and not to the guru, who is just following the instructions of the deity. The guru approaches the deity and puts forth the request to the deity asking whether the diksha can be given to the respective person. The deity answers either in dreams or in any other form or through ASHAREERI (divine voice) to the guru and he exactly carries out the orders as deemed by the deity. 2. This is carried out by the guru at his own interest. If I am right 12 years have to pass before a Guru can initiate another in the same. Till then he bound by vow not to help another or disclose the mantra to another for any purpose. He can grant diksha only after that. In this case the guru will not consult the deity and shall take a personal responsibility and grant the diksha to his shishya where again the shishya is obligated to keep up the routine principles strictly. In the first point , the guru is free from any problems reg diksha as he directed by the deity and is 100% successful as the choice is deity's and the shishya is selected as per deity's wishes. Hence NO RISK INVOLVED FOR THE GURU. In the second point, the guru ,since he takes his own decision to grant diksha to a particular person, he is bestowed with the fullest responsibilty of ensuring that his shishya adheres to the principle laid down in the upasana/ sadhana. Or else he incurs the wrath of the deity and becomes vulnurable to the sins/ misdeeds of his shishya which henceforth becomes his karma. A Guru when giving diksha, also takes a part of ur suffering while instilling the shishya with a part of the energy and has more responsibilty to ensure the energy is conserved and improved upon. We would have heard of the story of Ramanujacharya who stood atop the mount in Sriperambadur and publicly spread the Gayatri mantra( which is the stronghold of Brahmins) and thereby accepting the sins of the public. This was the sacrifice done by him because he thought that the mantra would do good to lots of people and he would have helped them by acepting their sins. Though this is a deviation on the part of a shishya, it is still accepted as a measure to help people. Thus we find many gurus in the market who claim to give diksha for any amount of money, but we do not really know if they really have powers. A real guru shall think many a time and consult his deity before giving a diksha. Such Gurus are rare to find these days and those who do it are doing it secretly without pomp and show. Factors deciding the diksha. A person who takes the diksha is supposed to worship the deity throughout his life, this is the condition put forth and shall never be deviated.Thus the deity shall find who is appropriate for the diksha and thus passes the information to the guru who in turn acts accordingly. Upasanas or Sadhanas are in 2 ways. Some are for a stipulated time frame with a specific cause and some are for life. The agreement at the time of taking diksha is that the shishya will strictly adhere to the principles laid down as per rules of the particular upasana/sadhana. level of energy transformation by the guru duirng diksha I will just give you an example to understand it better. When a particular diksha is given, it is bound to activate the chakras since the mantras hit the respective chakras and awaken them. Hence the guru tells the shishya to start with the guru mantra. The changes that can be seen are in increased shakthi leading to excessive krodh, kam, moh, etc. hence the guru knows how best the person has to be attuned and how to give timely medicine(diksha) to the shishya to attune him to greater levels. Normally when an upasak starts with meditation he sees immediate changes and his success goes to his head. then he starts exhibiting his prowess. This can be controlled only by the guru and bring him back into normalcy. If unchecked it may affect the shishya very badly. This is where the role of a Guru is very important. I took it as my responsibility to make people understand why guru initiation is soo impt and why Mr. Dattu is soo much insisting on it. He is a learned and experienced person and hence is advising so. Not with any other intentions. Secondly why he prefers to go to his gurunathan is because he is so much satisfied with his guru and hence he wants others also to derive benefit from what he has done. Even I have a Guru with whom I am very much satisfied and hence would like to refer to him when anybody would like to appraoch me. this is because of the personal satisfaction derived by ourselves. We have many posing gurus also in the market, who are more inclined to money and even lose all the powers they have out of greed for money. i also had been a victim of this, hence always best to choose from the experienced. Mantras shall elevate you to a very high level in terms of thought deed and action and none other than a Guru is the right person for it. Experience it and you shall be blessed forever. This is true story which happened very recently(Iam quting from an online site)A learned Brahmin, from Guntur who was a ghanaapaaThigal, went to the acharya of sringeri and poured out his woes. he said that he married 3 times till then, but some how all his three wifes dies soon after marriage, and he being a grihastha into yagnas and yagas, could not be without a wife , as a wife had certain important functions in a yajna. I hope this illustration gives us a picture of mantra shastra and its importance.(Bhakshathu means eat and rakshathu means save) likewise when saptashatii is learnt from a sat guru and if recited properly it is equally capable of bestowing bhogaa and moksha.However if one does the nama or mantra with very very pure heart and high devotion to God then the bad effects are nullified. But most read with some immidieate end in mind and have beliefe in the mantra and it's potency more than the 'rupa'(the deity behind it and also most of the people are not great yogis to have such intense devotion(like say valmiki) so it is better to be safe than sorry.So I will not entertain any requests directed toward me to initiate or give mantras online or by emails. I can only direct them to my gurunatha and then you can proceed from there.These days everything has been published in the form of books. So you are free to do whatever you want but at your own risk. I personally would not venture to do from books sold in the market. Fools rush where angels fear to tread.Iam saying this for your own highest good. I have no secerts with me And just know a few mantras. So even sahsranama please be cautious and do and get initation from a gurunatha(especially Lalitha sahsranama)Divine mother Rajarajeshwaree devi has given a very very simple set of 21 namas (names) to chant for her grace as she understands these problems and this is equivalent to doing big srividya pujas.People who find sanskrit diffucult can ask the ashram and get it.Once I go to the ashram I wil take his permission and add the pdf here in the group for those 21 namaas.If I have said anything wrong please forgive me and May divine mother and my gurunatha forgive.I have experienced lot of problems in my life reading books and doing mantras from there. That iw why Im telling you like a brother not even a guide or guru. Please listen to me and please do not ask this ignoramus any mantras.
