You can ask your friend. these items:

 

Nepali ravadhari rudrakshas

original Trijuti rudraksha(if you get this you are the luckiest man

on earth)

Ekamukhi rudraksha(which can be worn too but with som niyamas like

non-drinking of alcohol and having sex with your wife only)

 

Parad items, Dakshinavrut shanka, Vishwamitra beads(these are like

rudrakshas found in nepal crated by the great brahmic seer

vishwamitra)

 

You can also try for rare items like SiyaR Singhi and Hath jodi(both

will give prsperity). Try to get a rudraksha sapling if possible or

some rudraksha seeds from nepal.
