I perosnally know one spiritual young man who has seen many visions of lakshmi devi and talked with her. He is also known to Ekkirala Bharadwaja(who is now no more) who was a great Shirdi sai baba devotee.Even if you worship Narada with full faith he will come down and see you and maybe initiate you into Narayana mantra.
