Guest guest
Shreeram as well as Lalit, I think as one of the two people that started this whole thing, I can put this into context. One of the postings of a dream of seeing snakes and also seeing some of them dying in his cottage was posted by Anendd Srivvesta. He wished to know what this would mean and/or how to understand and if it predicts trouble, how to avoid/reduce the effect. This message prompted me to write my experience of seeing the hood and upper body of a snake during my meditation. One of the reasons what prompted me to write my experience was that the name at the end of the first e-mail was of Anand as well just like mine. Shreeram tried to answer for both of the messages assuming that they were from the same source, however Lalit answered just for my message. Therefore in fact you both are right and I am sure both Anendd and most certainly myself thank you both for sharing your knowledge (by the way Anendd & I are not related in any way in this physical world as far as I know<g>). Furthermore Lalit and I shared some further experiences that were so similar that they were really re-assuring in a way to me that I am progressing along the right path, so Lalit thank you again for that. I hope this clears what little confusion that may have arisen from two totally independent but sort of similar experiences. Dear Member, The suggestion doled out by me was not from shastras. I know that this posting was slyly meant for me.But I can say that I speak from my experiences more than shastras.I also qoute shastras because people are more inclined to believe a printed word than a man's word. Just because a snake comes in a dream does not mean the person has 'lust'.There are deeper implications to this. And incidentally, I think people who lash out at others should also first follow the same advice they give.
