Guest guest
From this learned circle, I am soliciting information on Goddess Vishalakshi, whose shaktipeetham is at Kashi. I first saw the image of this goddess as a bronze statue on sale at mogulgallery.com, unfortunately sold already. I adored her on first sight. Vishalakshi has trident and damaru in her upper hands, rice bowl and blade in her lower hands, and five-headed cobra rising as a canopy overhead. Is her mantra and worship distinct from Goddess Annapurna? Are there any works in English, either printed or on the net, which could acquaint me with her? Thanking you all.
