Guest guest
Hari Om! Hari Bolo! Dear Shri Ramji please accept my respectful pranams! Dhasomsi, Dhandavat Shastanka Pranams! Sri Perumal, any man made Parad item is not advisable for Grihastra's. I got to know about this from my Gurudeva who adviced me that once has to be a Celibiate or a Sanyasin to worship anything with Parad since it is very powerful. I do have a quite large Parad Siddha Shivalingam but I cannot worship HIM until I become a sanyasi was the order. So I would recommend all sevaks, to first check if it is good for you and family or lineage before attempting Parad worship. It is very powerful and has two edges of a sword. SubhamDinamAstu! SarvamSriKrishnaArpanamastu! Om Tat Sat Sarvam Sri SatyaNarayanake Arpanamastu!
Guest guest
Dear Pradeep ji, It all depends on which sampradaya you belong to and what your Guru has advised you. Whatever your Guru says is right for you. I wish to say no more than this. My swami is very liberal in allowing Parad Srimahameru items. He will personally give an assurance that he will take care of its demands. Cheers, Shreeram balijepalli Rajarajeshwari_Kalpataru , Pradeep Balakrishnan <balakrishnanpradeep> wrote: > Hari Om! Hari Bolo! > > > > Dear Shri Ramji please accept my respectful pranams! Guest guest
Dear Sureshji, No,Please do not get paranoid just because someone tells Parad items should not be worshipped. There are some restrictions for Parad lingas no doubt but Ganaesha Parad idol can be worshipped safely. Just offer flowers and naivedya and dhoop deep as usual but do not offer abhisheka. Now some say that a house should have Idols of Angula pramanam(finger size ,about 3 inches) and that of the temple must be Hastha Pramanam(size of hand) But we see now a days idols 40 feet high , 99 feet high, etc.Unless it is ordained by divinity one should not install such tall idols.Because abhisheka has to be done regularly. In your case your idol might be small so there is no need for any abhisheka even otherwise you do not the chemical composition of the amalgam so do not take a risk by ingesting anything which comes into contact. Hope this suffices...
