Guest guest
Dear Members, I have updated the database with some books I have read and found interesting. I have just added one more record. This latest record contains one recent book which had read and found very interesting. It is called THE TIBETAN ART OF POSTIVE THINKING--BY CHRISTOPHER HANSARD. I have always been fascinated by oriental litreature be it Taoism or Tibetan Buddhism. I have a good collection of some priceless books on many topics. So naturally I was attracted to this latest book on the Tibetan art. I first brushed the book aside thinking that some westerner has just used the name " Tibetan art " and published yet another pep-up book on positive thinking. But upon a keener perusal I found that the book was based on sound tenets of the lost art of Tibetan Bon Medicine of which I have some sacred books. This book is very good and less technical than say " The tibetan book of the dead " (with the bardo thodol practices rituals which makes no sense to the uninitiate) It can be used by anyone and especially of great benefit to the western mind which does not accept too much of rituals and oriental mores. Without making this posting a review of the book which I read,I entreat you to have a go at the book. Happy reading! " You are the average of the five people whom you meet regularly and the five books which you read regularly " Yours yogically, Shreeram Balijepalli
