Guest guest
Dear Yashwantji, I had given two postings on Haathijodi(as it is calle though it is two hands praying) specifically and a few more in other contexts in both this group and my other group Ahetuki Kripa. Ok, I will explain briefly what it means. It is the root of a sacred tree.Hatha Jodi is the root of a rare kind of herb found in Madhaya Pradesh(India) in Amar Kantek hills and in the Lumibani valley of Nepal, there are thick forests. In these jungles one can find a plant know as " BIRVAH " which has blue and white coloured flowers and which is similar to the Dhatura plan If one digs carefully on Sunday, the earth near the roots of this plant will reveal two small sized branches. At that place one will find branches which look like a hand having fingers or those which look like two hands joined together in prayer. This branch is cut and separated, and is calld HATH JORI in Tantra. Hatha Jodi is small in size about 2 " to 3 " and equally broad. One can see two hands joined together distinctly. After taking it out, it is immersed in Til oil. It is said that Hatha Jodi absorbs about one kilo Til oil in a month whereas its weight remains the same. When it stops to absorb oil, it is taken out. After performing Puja, Hatha Jodi is kept in Sindoor(Vermillion). After this, it is used in Tantric sadhanas. It is known as a wonderful tantrik item for influencing people and winning over enemies and clients. This wonder of nature blesses the possessor with wealth, Vashi karan of others i.e. other people remain kind to the Sadhaka, one has victory over enemies, accidents are averted and one remains free from any Tantrik effects. Hatha Jori shall be kept in vermillon and in silver box or case in puja Ghar or locker/almirah. One shall light incense in front of Htahjodi daily. It is said to attract money and power also. It protects from unexpected problems. The person carrying it escapes from unnecessary harassment and insult. It is widely tested article. The sadhak is blessed with wealth, one never meets any accident and onw remains free from any tantrik effects. Thats all for now, more later. But it is not a sinequa non for Srividya Upasakas. Dakshinachaaris do not keep it as a cumpulsory item. I happen to posses it given as a gift from a Guyanese friend of mine( Mahendranuathji of our group...Iam thankful to him for that). Guest guest
Dear Members Yes what Sri Shreeram ji said is correct, i would like add few please be very careful in geeting Haathi jodi because what is sold in market is actual bone of a bird.Originals have already been rare and expensive, so they are replicated and sold. For example the hatha Jodi we are talking about was tested by a lab in London and it was found to be a fake. It was the bone of a bird. Originals on the other hand are difficult to obtain and they really reach a fortunate few. Please not that shastras also confirm that originals of Sangus and other objects often reach the fortunate. So it thereby falsifies itself that people of such order as street sellers cannot obtain the real thing.
