Dear friend,

The best person to tell you is your Guru.

Follow his advice and you will be blessed.

May Amma protect you!

Dear Friend,

Your Guru will have the best answer for this.

There is a daily routine prescribed for sincere Srividya Upasakas. It

starts from the time you get up and do Rashmimala to the time till

you retire to bed.

1.Gurudhyanam

2.Divyamangala Dhyanam

3.Tantreeka Sandhyavandanam(thrice per day)

4. Ajapa Samarpanam

5. Pranayamam as directed by your Guru(Thrice per day, in some

sampradayas 4 times per day)

6. Snanams of various kinds

7. Parayanams of various kinds(Natha,Ghatika,Tatva,Tithi,Nitya,Nama

and Mantra Parayanams to name some)

All this scheduling is to be done by Ashtanga system. As regards to

Japa, it should be noted that the mantra of each Devata can be

chanted only at the time prescribed for it.

For example: The mantra of Maha Ganapathi has to be chanted early in

the morning, that of Shyamala in the afternoon and that of Varahi at

night.

If you have a competent Guru who can guide you in all this, then it

is perfect. If you find all this way too difficult to do, then just

act according to the advice of your Gurunathar.

Srividya Upasana is onething and chanting Panchadashi or even

Mahashodasi or doing a small puja to Srichakra is another thing.

Follow whatever regimen is prescribed by your Gurunathar.

Yours in Mother,

Shreeram Balijepalli
