Guest guest
MAA BHAGAVATHI temples of Kerala. The number of Bagavathi temples in Kerala has always fascinated me. I want to add some pages in the HinduSaktha Home Page (http:// hindusaktha.freeservers.com) devoted to the Bagavathi temples of Kerala. I have a write up about Kodungallor Bagavathi temple. I do not know about the other temples. Though I visit the Manapully Kavu temple in Palghat, I know very little about the temple. I request our members to post messages regarding the Bagavathi temples of Kerala. I have also opened an album in the photo section called MAA BAGHAVATHI. Please upload any photograph you have of Maa Bagavathi. Of course any messages about your favourite Devi temple anywhere in the world is always Welcome along with the photograph if available. Thank You. Jai MAA!!!
Guest guest
Dear All: There is a temple called " Madayikkavu " which is, on a small scale a replica of Kodungalloor temple. It is in North Malabar. In all other similer temple pristine Tantric Shaktha worship has been replaced by Vaidik shaaktha worship. Here, even now the pristine worship with chicken mutton and rice arrack still goes on unhindered. It is a powerful shaktha temple where the devi's worship takes place in her form as " Chandayogeswari " .
