Namaskarams,

I recently joined the mailing group and was reading the postings with

great pleasure and joy. There is indeed a lot of information here.

I have adoubt regarding the qualities attributed to the cosmic pair

which emanated from the three shakthis I am finding a correlation

between the two sets of information

Maha Saraswathi created Krishna and Gauri (or Parvati)

Maha Lakshmi created Lakshmi and Brahma,

Maha Kali created Saraswathi and Siva.

and

Maha Saraswathi - Sattva

Maha Lakshmi - Rajas

Maha Kali - Tamas

Does that imply that :

Maha Saraswathi created Krishna and Gauri == Sattva

Maha Lakshmi created Lakshmi and Brahma == Rajas

Maha Kali created Saraswathi and Siva. == Tamas

???

I was of the opinion that

Krishna and Gauri == Tamas

Lakshmi and Brahma == Rajas

Saraswathi and Siva. == Sattva

This is borne out by their respective colors and also by some puranams

Krishna and Gauri == Dark

Lakshmi and Brahma == red

Saraswathi and Siva. == White
