Guest guest
Could you, and anyone else on this list that cares to
do so, please tell me the names of the books, most
important and enlightening to you?

Peace and blessings,

mf

Many of my doubts are clarified from the following books. You too will find the books enlightening. 1. Tripurara Rahasya - The mistery beyond the trinity. If you cannot find any book for this one, go to this link: http://www.vinnica.ua/~sss/tripura1.htm. The apperance of reality of universe is explained. 2. Ramana, Maharshi. Be as you are : the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi / Maharshi Ramana ; edited by David Godman. This book will clear all your doubts - various doubts put by his devotees are answered by Rama Maharshi. 3.Rigopoulos, Antonio, 1962- Datt¯atreya : the immortal guru, yogin, and avat¯ara : a study of the tranformative and inclusive character of a multi-faceted Hindo deity / Antonio Rigopoulos. A part of Tripura rahasya is explained in the above book. 4.Concise Yoga V¯asistha / [edited and translated by] Swami Venkatesananda ; with an introduction and bibliography by Christopher Chapple. This is another great book not well known. The theory is similar to the theory of Ramana maharshi - non-duality of nature. 5.Kinsley, David R. Tantric visions of the divine feminine : the ten Mah¯avidy¯as / David Kinsley. You will get knowledge of the various vidyas. 6.Harding, Elizabeth U., 1943- Kali : the black goddess of Dakshineswar / Elizabeth U. Harding. Your heart will be full of love for Kali matha after reading this book. A brief sketch of various Shata devotees is presented .. And Bagavad Gita is always the best book in my opinion. Other books by Srila Prabhupada are also enligtening. The journey of self discovery is a very good one. But be careful while reading his books - you many end up saying Krishna is the only God and all others are demi Gods. Happy reading. ______________________ Want to sell your car? advertise on Autos Classifieds. It's Free!! visit http://in.autos.
