Guest guest
Thank you all for giving me suggestions regarding Navaratri Puja. I couldnt get a copper vessel for kalasam here but I found a glass one. Can I use that one or is there a rule that only a copper one should be used and a that silver one is more auspicious than that. Someone please reply. Thanks a lot. ______________________ Missed your favourite TV serial last night? Try the new, TV. visit http://in.tv. Guest guest
dear kumar, i have been getting mails on the subject, being part of the group. going by what u had been writing,my suggestion is to simply do a MANASA puja, the one recommened being-adi shankara's devimanasa puja sthotra. this is a very effective way of worshiping mother and i am sure given your limitations, you will find this very usefull, joyous and fulfilling ritulas should be done with utmost care and according to one's sampradaya after due initiation from a competant Guru. if this is not possible, there are methods which i feel actally are more focussed like the mansa puja. pl give it a try thanks anantha --- s v saikumar <saikumar_durga wrote: > Thank you all for giving me suggestions regarding > Navaratri Puja. > I couldnt get a copper vessel for kalasam here but I > found a glass one. > Can I use that one or is there a rule that only a > copper one should be used and a that silver one is > more auspicious than that. > Someone please reply. > Thanks a lot. > > > ______________________ > Missed your favourite TV serial last night? In fact, if you feel you made any errors you can say a quick forgiveness prayer at the end and everything should be fine. Durga would love it if you did your best I believe she will forgive all wrongs we are after all just impefect mortals;-) Take Care and Good Luck William
Guest guest
When I was preparing for the Navaratri Pooja I saw that a mud pot is considered very good for kumbam or kalasam. A porcelain pot is also a mud pot as it is baked clay. Hope this helps.
