Guest guest
Dear Sanjay, I'm not sure where in Mumbai you live. There are a wonderful set of marble stores in Ville Parla, right under Milan Subway. They have quite beautiful carved statues of black and white marble. You might even be able to commission one for a reasonable price, so that you get the size of the murti you want. Plus it would make it more meaningful. Another store is " Hari Om " on Cadel Road on the way from Mahim to Prabhadevi. I'm not sure if this store still exists but it sells only marble murtis for temples, and their showroom is quite beautiful... Hope this helps. Sincerely, Krishna sanjay dhokia <sanj09 wrote:Dear Brothers & sisters, I am Looking for MAA KALI murti( dakshineshwar maa), made in black stone , small for daily puja in the house , is there any place in bombay where we can find one. sanjay > " saravana kumar " <saravana.kumar > > >Re: Mantra questions >Sat, 02 Nov 2002 16:08:42 +0530 > >Sree mathre namah > greatness to mother > > dear sri Loladas, > > allow me to discuss about the questions that you have posed in your >earlier mail. as per the sanskrit grammer, all the female genders' words >should end with aa, ee or ai or the 2nd, 4th, 11th vowels in the sanskrit >alphabet. there are also some extensions which need not be mentioned at >this juncture. these pronounciations one would find in the namavalis of all >the female goddesses. > regarding the lines that you have sent, they are the puja mantras not the >japa or the dhyana mantras as they donot contain any Bijaksharas. with >these lines, you can do puja and the right sentence is > > Om Sri Kaali Devyai namah > > which means, respected Kaali Devi, i offer my salutations to you. as >such all the lines can and should be adorned with 'Om'.
