Guest guest
You can do what ever u want in the name of devotion, because it's your choise. But i think its best to keep DEVOTION as internal....pls dont waste money on tattoos....get some food for the hungry, Mother will be so happy... With Best Regards, J Jayasankar
Guest guest
Greeting Sarada Devi Mahesvari, I think the greatest devotion you can show to Devi is to worship her with uninterrupt devotion. Kind Regards Qiya
Guest guest
No, tatooing three red eyes will not show devotion, it will show-off devotion i.e. you will be doing it for others not for yourself. Devotion is internal so you should do something that is meant for you and you alone. Suggestions: (1) resolve to remove something from your diet, such as apples or banana etc. something that you like so that everytime you feel the urge to eat it you will remember your devotion (2) say the bija mantra 1,00,000 times spread out over several days etc. or (3)practice pranayama, when you are waiting for a bus, sitting down doing nothing etc. Whatever you do is between you and Ma. Not for others. God Bless Amu The New with improved product search
Guest guest
There have been some messages regarding the tattooing of the three eyes representing MAA in response to the message from Sarada devi mahesvari " Some in favour and some against. I have deleted some objectionable posts. Bhakti in any form is acceptable to MAA. I am giving below an excerpt from the Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna in which the Master talks about three kinds of Bhakti. Quote: Master: Three kinds of Bhakti are found, according to the nature of the man: sattvic Bhakti, rajasic Bhakti, and tamasic Bhakti. Sattvic Bhakti is known to god alone. It makes no outward display. A man with such devotion loves privacy. Perhaps he meditates inside the mosquito net, where nobody sees him. When this kind of devotion is awakened, one hasn’t long to wait for the vision of God. The appearance of the dawn in the east shows that the sun will rise before long. A man with Rajasic Bhakthi feels like making a display of his devotion before others. He worships the Deity with “sixteen ingredientsâ€, enters the temple wearing a silk cloth, and puts around his neck a string of rudraksha beads interspersed here and there with beads of gold and ruby. A man with tamasic Bhakti shows the courage and boisterousness of a highway robber. A highway robber goes on his expedition openly, shouting, “Kill! Plunder! “. He isn’t afraid even of eight police inspectors. The devotee with tamasic Bhakti also shouts like a madman: “Hara! Hara! Vyom! Vyom! Victory to Kali!†He has great strength of mind and burning faith. A Sakta has such faith. He says: What? I have uttered the name of Kali and of Durga! I have uttered once the name of Rama! Can there be any sin in me? End Quote. Most of us exhibit a combination of the three kinds of Bhakti. Since MAA accepts and approves of all kinds of Bhakti we should not go around criticizing any kind of expression of Bhakti. I had also done so in the past. Jai MAA KAALI !!! Guest guest
I agree Maa loves us all. Stupid, silly, lovable, good or bad we are all hers. So why criticize just accept. JAI MAA
Guest guest
Dear Shankarji Appreciate your clarification. Agree with you. One should not impose one's views on another. For Ma, anything done with devotion is acceptable. Isn't the mother not repulsed even by her baby's stools? It is we who make these distinctions. Thank you for the reminder.
