In this cakra Devi is present as Samaya performing Laasya a dance in which the emotions of love are represented by various gestures and poses. Siva is performing the frantic Taanadava dance, restless after the cosmic destruction. Her Laasya cools the temper of Siva and then their union creates these worlds. It is their kindness that revives the worlds.Thus they are the first couple and are the Father and Mother of this creation. Yantra is a square with Bijaksharams Yam and Hreem placed horizontally in the centre. Expected result of Upasana is relief from deceases resulting from accumulation of fluids in the system. -------- With this verse we come to end of part 1 generally referred to as Ananda Lahari which derives possibly from verse 8 in which those who are blessed are able to contemplate on her and be swept away in Chidaananda Lahari, the waves of eternal bliss. Part 2 is description of her divine beauty.
