(for the) World Here

This verse is about Moolaadhaara Chakra, element earth, Adhidevata Brahma the

creator and Loka is Bhooloka. In this cakra Devi is present as Samaya performing

Laasya a dance in which the emotions of love are represented by various gestures

and poses. Siva is performing the frantic Taanadava dance,

restless after the cosmic destruction. Her Laasya cools the temper of Siva

and then their union creates these worlds. It is their kindness that revives the

worlds. Thus they are the first couple and are the Father and Mother of this

creation.

Yantra is a square with Bijaksharams Yam and Hreem placed horizontally in the

centre.

Expected result of Upasana is relief from deceases resulting from accumulation

of fluids in the system.

With this verse we come to end of part 1 generally referred to as Ananda

Lahari which derives possibly from verse 8 in which those who are blessed are

able to contemplate on her and be swept away in Chidaananda Lahari, the waves of

eternal bliss. Part 2 is description of her divine beauty. It may be appropriate

to have an invocation before starting these estoric verses.
