didnt question her when I got my first hug from Ammachi many year

ago.. when was that.. when I was just a young bride, with my red

sari... lining up with all the other people not knowing who she

is... " dosent matter if we dont know who she is " I told my husband "

she must be a good person.. that is why all these people are here

for her blessngs " . Not a fan eh DB? I still read her teachings and

still have a pic of her infront of me, and yes she still smiles at

intention to join Ammachi ashram, I would suggest you should go to

of attitude thriving on for what's worth it negativity and finding faults at

everything they see . Especially when Mahatmas gains popularity because of His

or Her sankalpa to Help humanity there is this percentage that wants to stop

No organization in this world is to be found fault less no question about that ,

however one has to see the overall good and by all means not to judge Mahatma

I remembered sometime ago a young man came to our group and ask :

In devi bhagavatham it was asked why Prahlada fought with Nara and

Narayana, as Prahlada was a great devotee of lord Vishnu. The

answer was so long as a we are in body the ahamkaara will take

dominance. In the outer world which is seemingly imperfect, it is

quite natural for people to find fault with great personalities.

Institutionalised spirituality also poses some dificult questions.

But the disciples and devotees tune to the divine aspect of these

personalities and donot care about the so called imperfections. It

is like someone in love. He feels the love only, other things are

left to the onlookers.

 

There is no point either in quetioning or in feeling disgusted.

I met Dattatreya when I was a kid at a psychic fair. nobody seemed to be

paying attention to the eastern guy so I sat next to him and he gave me

diksha and pushed the crown of my head, and his mantra, but I had already

been meditating and feeling samadhi through TM so I felt no difference. But

it was still nice. So he's still around I guess I am saying. Because this

was Los Angeles in the Eighties in what we thought was Kali Yuga. So all the

way through time and space Shri Datta still cometh.

 

But now I have it on good authority that we are still in Dwapara yuga in

spite of what most people think. The fact that any dharma still exists is a

sign and the fact that we can still get initiated so easily is a sign of

still being in Dwapara yuga. People are in Kali yuga when no system of self

understanding exists any longer.

Dear Joanna,

 

Whatever people say about Amma/ Ammachi, weather its good or bad, its not

going to affect Amma in any way. Let us take this opportunity to learn from her

and not get affected when others voice their openion. Stay with the group. i am

sure on another occasion the tide will turn and people her will have positive

things to say about her.

Sure thank You, it truly is lesson to not react probably so emotionally , both

Ammas conveyed a simple message this year to me " Many people are suffering lets

pray for them " what else can I say. It simply means that whatever practice we

continue, be it Sri Vidya, Bhakti Path, many others ultimately are not only for

Us but in some way for others too.

 

When One worships Sri Chakra it is representation of Cosmos there are proofs

that when Sri Khadgamala was practiced in areas infected with crime in given

time where ridden of the very problem. Gurus come here not to help one person or

two but a mission for humanity , so I always try to remember there is the

bigger picture to the

scheme )))
