Sri Karunamaya Baba, the new Pontiff of Devipuram, will be

participating in the Global Mala Project's Yoga Conference in

Los Angeles on 22nd September. Sri Karunamaya Baba will be doing the

Sri Chakra Puja at 10:15 am to start the day's conference.

 

Followed by this Yoga Conference, Sri Karunamaya Baba will be in

Cupertino, CA from 23rd to 28th September and during his visit, he

will be performing the following pujas and homas:

 

- Soubhagya Panchadashi sahita Lalita Sahasra nama Homa

- Varahi Homam

- Samoohika Satyanarayana Vratam

group. Subbarao Kompella i think was his name. he offered to teach

Navavarana Puja or maybe it was Sri Khadgamala? ***

 

He is indeed the same gentleman. He is highly qualified and teaches

both of these pujas as well as many others.

Yes, he is Guruji's hand-picked successor, and if currently heading

Devipuram while Guruji devotes himself to more devotional and

educational pursuits.

on the other hand i would still be interested in learning more of the

different aspects of Sri Vidya worship. cause one thing i am sure of

is i don't know it all yet. ***

 

There is no one human being who knows it all. It is a cliche but a

very true one: The more you learn, the more you become aware of all

that you do not know. The upside of this, of course, is that there

is never-ending opportunity to improve one's understanding,

practice, knowledge and technique.

Drop him a note. Attend a seminar or puja if you can. Keep an open

mind and be willing to learn.

 

As it happens, there are many who know rather little and yet long to

teach -- as the Tao Te Ching teaches, " Who says does not know, who

knows does not say. "
