Meaning:

Likewise, for long period in this world in the state of

grandeur of magnificent shaiva, taking care of the discipline

(of shaiva) viRanmiNDar who served, in appropriate way

by the grace of the Lord under the shade of the Feet,

became a prominent lord of shivagaNas.
