thirucciRRambalam

Meaning:

AnAyar, who reached there, looking straight at the nice konRai

- like the garland made of fragrant flowers, the aromatic

bunches raised and hanging by the sides resembling the

Hanging twined hair Lord - stood there melting,

in the uniting mind, he opened out the flood gates of love

on the Owner!

Notes:

1. konRai blooms in bunches. It resembled the Lord

with twined hair for AnAyar. The Bliss that filled his

heart flowed out through his mouth and flute filling the

whole place with stunning joy. Just in that position

he reached the music loving Lord!!

2. Detailed history of AnAya nAyanAr could be found at

http://www.shaivam.org/naaanaay.html

3. virai - fragrant; thAmam - flower/garland; manRal - aromatic;

thuNar - floral bunch; maruN^gu - side.
