This desire to make the transition....... is good I believe. But

what is real transition or true transition? Would you be able to

appreciate your transition when your mind are still block/ cloud

with all the remnants of your past esperience. Our actions and

everything else is the byproduct of our experience. It's this past

experience that create this conditioning. So my question is can we

remove our mind from this conditioning? "

Let say if our mind is like a vessel containing all the experiences,

recondition means to remove and empty all the content until there is

none only then we are able to experience the purity of the new

experience, because like collecting milk in the vessel as long as

there's left over or stale milk in the vessel, if you do not empty

them, it will pollute the fresh milk. The new milk can never remain

fresh or pure.

Can it be done? Any takers?

I suppose it depends on what people view as a transition. I will admit that

there are some things that will not leave me that was part of my Christianity,

such as the concept of " love thy neighbor " and acknowledging that Jesus Christ

was more than just a man. However, I still changed and made a shift from one

religion to another. Some would say that perhaps I was making the transition

while I still called myself a Catholic, and only realized what was more

appropriate for me later. Others can say that I have not truly stopped this

process of transitioning, and that I will not until I am dead or until I

complete another lifetime. Time is relative, after all.

So I suppose it is safe to say that I made a transition, but I still carried

experiences with me. I am not going to say it is impossible to undo my

conditioning, but I suppose the most probable route for me is to pick up a

different brand of milk that might have some similarities to the original milk,

but takes on the change that I believe was a relative transition...if that makes

any sense. In other words, I could reflect on the experiences that taught me

something, and then find a more appropriate way to look at life while still

finding harmony with those experiences.

Yet, there are some things that I am still undergoing a transition on. For

example, part of my problems that I see in my current life is learning how to

let things go more. I am still trying to learn how to do this better, but I

think I am managing it one step at a time. I may not forget the past, but

perhaps I will not be burdened by it so much in good time.

I hope some of my ramblings make sense...

Jai Ma!

Sincerely,

Christina

Namaste:

For the record, one can be a Hindu and worship Jesus as great teacher

and avatar. (I for one personally hold Mother Mary in great

respect.) Thanks to great sages and reformers such as Sri

Ramakrishna, we have been given the permission to explore other

spiritual paths without loosing Sanatana Dharma.
