Remedies for edema, health issues

Namaste! Any Vedic astrologers out there? I just got the results of my

bloodwork from the clinic labs. OOF! I went in because I've developed edema on

(in?) my left lower leg. When I sit beside the computer, a puddle of clear

fluid collects around my left foot. The tests show that my thyroid is

under-active, and because the moist skin on my left calf could become infected,

the doctor put me on an antibiotic.

 

I began treatment two months ago of my psoriatic arthritis with injections of

Humira. It inhibits auto-immune reactions (maybe not a good time to take it

now?).

 

I know enough Jyotish to suspect that I'm entering my Sade Shanai (? Saturn

return). I would specifically like some remedies to improve my health. The

doctor strongly suggests a stint in the hospital. Ugh.
