Guest guest
Inspirational reading is very powerful and i find that it helps get me refocused on what really matters and reverberating to reverence rather than turbulence, etc. Also, direct downloads from Devi in the form of getting out to Nature, are incomparable sources of nectar. And offloading and releasing pain too. Exercise and movement as meditation, dance, qigong, yoga. Get the prana moving. Stagnation is one of the qualities of depression, and it's a hard one, because when you are depressed it can be so difficult to get moving. Use that resistance, sacrifice it in an act of faith to your beloved Goddess, and meditate on optimism, faith, unfolding grace. Keep calling and crying out for help, crying, chanting, asking for karuna to come raining down and change the negativity in which you feel trapped. Attune to the divine names and derive joy from knowing that That is here. Shift focus away from self-preoccupation, self-guilt and deprecation, inadequacy, vulnerability, lack and deficiency. These are all forms of negativity. I like the advice i read about that a Himalayan sadhu gave to a Sufi seeker: " Get to the light in the heart. That's all that matters. " If you can't feel it, then meditate on it and reach toward your ultimate true Source. Remember, you will get out of this and it is not who you really are in the depths.
