Hi!

I've got a small list of items from Acharyaji and 5 and a half hours left to go.

I'm on my way

out the door to get my coffee and the flowers to make our garlands.

The list says (in addition to flowers and the garlands and fruits and

coconuts...etc) " sweets. "

I asked Acharyaji just what exactly was meant by " sweets. "

" Oh any kind, " he replied cheerfully.

Somebody please help me here. What falls into the category of sweets for my

Shaadi?

Oh my gosh I feel so emotional and anxious!

Anyway, thank you for your help. I'll post pictures sometime later.

Blessings,

Hi Paulie,

And congratulations on your Shaadi.

I have no idea what particular sorts of

sweets would be best, but if you have an

Indian market nearby with a refrigerated

section, there should be some milk-based

sweets there.

If you end up improvising with Western-style

goodies, I would think something without eggs

would be best (i.e. most cookies would be out.)
