Looking for the book The Ten Great Cosmic Powers by S. Sankaranarayanan

Hi alI:

I have been looking for the following book ( new or used)

S. Shankaranarayanan (Author) " The Ten Great Cosmic Powers "   published by Samata

books in 1972.  Amazon has listed this book. When ordered, Amazon ,after

searching , finally has given up. Is anyone familiar with this book ?   Can

someone help me ?

Here's how I look (online) for books:

 

First I try Amazon.com (which you already

did.) I like this one because Amazon functions

as an intermediary and my credit card number never

goes directly to the small-time booksellers.

While I don't necessarily doubt their honesty,

their network/computer security might not be

as good as Amazon's. Even if Amazon doesn't

have the book in stock, this can be useful

because it usually lists the ISBN.

 

Next I go to

http://www.abebooks.com/

Use " more search options " to restrict the search

to your country of residence, if that's your

preference. Searching by ISBN can be useful

here, since sometimes the titles get entered

in irregular forms and sometimes the author's

name isn't listed with an entry. Review

the shipping and payment information carefully

before you place your order.

BTW, abebooks doesn't appear to have _The

Ten Great Cosmic Powers_ listed right now.

smaller. (Doesn't have the book at present)

 

For people in the U.S., Powell's in Portland, OR

is GREAT. (Doesn't have the book at present)
