Guest guest
" Tantra has nothing to do with sex. That is that. " That's not true. It's not sex-obsessed, as some people would have you believe, but sex, being an important part of life, is an important part of Tantra, as it life-affirming. , jose rodriguez <rocketrodz wrote: > > Friends: > > Tantra has nothing to do with sex. > > That is that. > > --- On Mon, 12/1/08, NMadasamy <nora wrote: > > NMadasamy <nora > > The only thing that need to be ejaculated in Tantra is this > misconception. .... and you are definitely right, people who know > nothing about tantra will never be able to ejacuated anything... > > , copulation <vasanth2411@ ...> > wrote: > > > > I think in tantra, sex is done without ejaculation energy produced > during the ejaculation is absorbed inside self. this is more to the > part of meditation > > > > --- On Mon, 12/1/08, sankara menon <kochu1tz@ .> wrote: > > sankara menon <kochu1tz@ .> > > > > I have time and again said tantra is NOT random sex > with multiple partners. Guest guest
The same as saying...... married life is not all about having sex.. but much more than that... element of sex is one of it but NOT 100%....That is the issue we are trying to point in here.. there are element of sex in Tantra but its just a probably fraction of it.... the sex part are being blown out of proportion and becoming very popular why? because Sex sell... Tantra becomes commercialize and being " sold " like some product line... these are the one that gives Tantra a bad name. , " salharmonica " <salharmonica wrote: > > " Tantra has nothing to do with sex. > > That is that. Guest guest
Dear Mr. You are correct. The person who gone through meditation (tantric too) will give only a very nominal importance to the bliss obtains from sex, and is very negligible if you compare with the bliss you get through meditation. You can say sexual bliss is a very miniature form of the bliss you get through meditation (tantric/chakra/yogic ........) If I am wrong, please correct me. Namaste. --- On Wed, 12/3/08, NMadasamy <nora wrote: NMadasamy <nora The same as saying...... married life is not all about having sex.. but much more than that... element of sex is one of it but NOT 100%....That is the issue we are trying to point in here.. there are element of sex in Tantra but its just a probably fraction of it.... the sex part are being blown out of proportion and becoming very popular why? because Sex sell... Guest guest
In view of Tantra sex IS a meditation. The concept of sex OR meditation is completely alien to Kaula doctrine of bhukti-mukti-sAmarasya. If one is successful in meditation, his/her bliss in sex will be even more. But it goes in this succession: FIRST one is supposed to get certain siddhi in jnana and then go into more deep methods. However what is usually done in the name of Tantra is quite the opposite: people suggest that sex itself brings some spiritual result. Obviously the reason is that which Nora pointed out – it sells. However such practice normally is good, making some psychosomatic benefit, though it indeed has nothing to do with Tantra. Like that, yoga became a product related to health, while initially it was not at all about that. , copulation <vasanth2411 wrote: > > Dear Mr. > You are correct.
