Dear Santhosh,

 

Hindu Dharma is not regimental. Please note that I did not use the word

" Hinduism " . The word " Dharma " cannot be translated in English. It is not any

" ism " . Hindu Dharma is a way of life.

 

Therefore, if you cannot perform Sandhyavandana, so be it. Try to do atleast

Gayatri Japam 10 times.Doing both Gayatri Japam and LS has exponential benefits.

Try it.
