I am learning, msbauju,

 

clearly I am opening myself to the ancient origins of the Mudras

in our listening, our prayers, our connectivity with the all-realm

of spirit.

 

my Tibetan/Chinese friend Yuan Miao:

 

 

teaches of eleven Tibetan healing mudras, selected

from more than 200 that were taught by her GrandMother.

 

yet I have never seen her perform, except on video, after

reading/proofing her first book 6-7 years ago.
