Guest guest
Dear respected " ganpra " , I think you have put the whole discussion in proper perspective. You have been fair and at the same time firmly and clearly elucidated the purpose and moorings of this group. I am a very junior member of this having joined perhaps a year ago. Whenever I had a doubt, as you rightly said, some member of the group has patiently and lovingly guided me. I am proud to be member of this group though most of the time I am silent observer/reader. Ram Prabhu On Mon, 25 May 2009 21:17:14 +0530 wrote >One's guru is their own. Not for canvassing for any particular guru's path. Even Devi Baktha and others, who are instrumental in forming and sustaining this group neither talk about their spiritual ancestry nor canvass for their path. It will be prudent to mention that those who formed this group are kaulas. > >Please refrain from posting advertising/canvassing information about any guru here. There are kaulas and samayacharins here and also others who have, have not chosen any path and all paths. Postings of news about festivals and special occasions like, guru purnima, kumbabishekam, announcements of bhajans and yagas organized by like-minded people etc will be allowed. While posting announcements, please refrain from using all-capital (uppercase) letters in the postings. Netiquette states that in text, posting in all-capitals (uppercase) amounts to shouting. >__________________ > >Last but not the least, those who have any questions regarding spiritual practices and doubts, please feel free to post. One cannot be separated or discriminated out simply because one follows a specific Guru. That would be total spiritual egotistic ignorance. Guest guest
I just want to give my gratitudes for the guidelines. I have just begun sadhanas to the Mahavidyas several years ago by the grace of my teachers. I was (and am) so thrlled to find shakti sadhana website and my heart felt open to ,perhaps, refining my sadhanas through learning from others on the path because it is sooooo hard to find specifics of these sadhanas or share information with others who are worshipping in similar ways. Admittedly, my heart sank, when I read so many posts dissecting nuances of this caste, that caste, harsh and accusing language, etc..... I am not always one who posts or speaks up, but I am in appreciation of absorping as much as I can for the worship of Ma and believe we all benefit from a forum of openness, trust, faith , acceptance and love. Thank you for the guidelines as this gives us the tools to keep our shared experience one of love and worship. Jai Ma!
