Guest guest
What I've been seeing: people like people like gopal narayana coming to our group, brag about his spiritual conquest. It is spiritual conquest isn't it……….? Yes! Yes! I've done it all…… this sadhana.. that sadhana…….. yes! Yes! My experience as such…. Yes! Yes! I have this mantra…. Try this mantra……..i guarantee you this mantra will work….yes! yes! Just as he said it… to share so that other will benefit. But do they? Or he just wanted to believe that they have? I wondered. It's good to share if I have a lot of money and don't know what to do with it, share! Why not? If I have gone to another country, have nice experience; it's good to share show the pictures. Write about it, make it into a best seller and get rich. It seems spiritualism too have become like such a short cut to get rich. Exactly like the get rich scheme and that is what they have become a quickie get rich scheme. People who fall for such scheme by the time they realize they are being duped only after they have lost thousands. Forgive me but as I'm reading the like of gopal narayana words, he reminded me of those get rich con man. Are you one of those publicists from siddhashram.org, Gopal Narayana? " ..other people experience can never be considered as superior unless you have experience it yourself… " so says Yogishananda Natha one of our great shakta guru. His words came back in my mind when I read the latest messages here in the group. All spiritual experience is personal, something should not be shared as my guru have pointed to me many times " need not be shared because experience varies from ppl to ppl " . In my opinion people who go around wanting to share their spiritual experience will do more harm than good to others. They cause delusion and false information. Why do I say so? If the mind is the vessel, I must empty and clean my vessel of all the old milk before I can receive the new ones, otherwise the milk can never be considered as fresh, the same with Sadhana. Before one sit and do their Sadhana, one should become like an empty vessel, emptied of all its content. Reading of other people experience is corrupting the mind. The mind must be empty of all before you can really say your personal experience is pure and real. Real experience should come from within and not from outside influence. " mind should seek but not what others experienced it should seek personal experience " that is how my guru end his message as a reminder to me….and hopefully to those reading this. Guest guest
jai gurudev dear friend, i never brag, just inform.i have already told everything, and again just need to raise 1 more point : there is a divine bhajan by saint meerabai : payoji maine ram ratan dhan payo karche na khoote chor na loote din din badhat savao it means : i have received the divine wealth of ram nam [ spirituality ] it does not diminish if i spend it,thieves cannot ever loot it,and every it grown more and more i have received deeksha from many gurus and some of my guru told me to help all, irrespective of what other think. sadhana path is a path very few people take, and in this if people keep secrets its very bad, bcoz sanatan dharma and sadhana path is in danger from semitic xtians and islamic jihaids and it is our first duty to keep it alive by all means possible. i dont ask anyone to pay money to siddashram or to anyone, but i try to help all in my own humble way, whatever i can do i do. u have every right to criticize anyone and everyone, but pls also try mantras with an unbiased mind. tantra is an unlimited ocean which we humans cant easily master in even 100 lifetimes. i know some things,u know some things and if all chip in we can create a better system for our future generations. we must preserve and improve what we know not for ourself alone but our future generations, who also need to be shown the timeless ways. if u still think i am bragging ok,i dont mind yr thinking at all, bcoz all is leela of divine mother. but we must continue on our divine mission to spread divine message. let divine mother adi shakti guide us to her true path and let us all work to share our divine experiences and help those who seek her as we r all her children and let us work in an unbiased way,so world knows her divine glory. u will remember the story of maharishi ramanujacharya : his guru gave him mantra : om namo narayanaya he said keep this secret and dont give to anyone else u may burn in hell.....immediately maharishi ramanujachary went into the crowds and gave the mantra to all,and his guru became angry....he said why did u do this ??? maharishi ramanujacharya said : if even 1 soul is able to get vaikuntha and even if i have to suffer hell eternally, due to this, then i am willing to suffer hell for the liberation of that 1 soul. hearing this his guru had tears in his eyes and realised his folly and then amended his ways. so let us not be narrow and let us all share our experiences, and u r free to criticize me more and more, and its my duty to share the amrit-nectar of mother's love with everyone. my goal is simple, and i will do it come what may.it is my guru's order. om shakti gopal On 7/18/09, NMadasamy <nora wrote: > > > What I've been seeing: people like people like gopal narayana coming to our > group, brag about his spiritual conquest. Guest guest
Mr. Gopal Narayan: A web group of this sort is a fairly anonymous place, where just about anyone can say just about anything. No one here knows you personally, and so none of the criticism you've received should be taken personally -- we can only respond to you messages. You are not suffering unjust persecution for the sake of Mother's love and your Guru's command: you are simply being rude. Lots and lots of people here know and have used the mantras you're broadcasting; and many know the full/complete versions of same as well. It's simply that -- as you seem quite aware -- lots and lots of traditions say the mantras shouldn't be broadcast in this way. You have as much right as anyone to follow your perceived path and duties ... but to ride roughshod over others' sensibilities is to be a bit of a bull in a china shop. However humble and altruistic you may feel, I would suggest that -- by any measure -- posting 12 messages in the course of a few hours could be construed as a simple nuisance. As a group moderator, I would respectfully request that you back off just a little before people start unsubscribing. Thank you DB , gopal narayan <gopalnarayan123 wrote: [...] i never brag, just inform. i have already told everything [...] i try to help all in my own humble way, whatever i can do i do [...] if u still think i am bragging ok, i dont mind yr thinking at all [...] u r free to criticize me more and more, and its my duty to share the amrit-nectar of mother's love with everyone [...] my goal is simple, and i will do it come what may.[...]
Guest guest
, " Devi Bhakta " <devi_bhakta wrote: > > Mr. Gopal Narayan: > > A web group of this sort is a fairly anonymous place, where just about anyone can say just about anything. > gopal narayan said [1] I never brag, just inform. … so it is very important for people here to know that you are of Brahmin born? And all that historical fact of your family etc. Why? Why is the need for them to know which caste you come from? By the mere fact of you stating that you're a Brahmin [ mentioning it not once but several time ] you are expecting something……what? Respect. Recognition? I have many Brahmin friends here too in Malaysia. My own carnatic guru is a Brahmin lady….but she does not go around reminding people : I am a Brahmin. The only conclusion I can deduct is that : you are not……and this is your way of trying to incite Brahmin bashing……or trying to give the Brahmin a bad name. Nice try……. [2] I have received deeksha from many gurus and some of my guru told me to help all, irrespective of what other think. so you are one of those who go around guru shopping eh? And then compare with others… how many guru do you have…….I have such number. Let see who are your guru……ah! Your guru is lousy. Mine is better. See my selection……impressive right? IN a true spiritual aspirant…..you have but only ONE guru. [3] You have every right to criticize anyone and everyone, but please also try mantras with an unbiased mind. A true spiritual aspirant who already has been initiated by a guru does not go around trying other people mantra….without HIS/HER permission. Don't you know this basic rule? For you to ask somebody to do it, seems to me you are ignorant of this rule. Like many [esp. those who already claim to have a deceive mantra from their guru] too have come to me asking for mantra. And I have refused. I told them to go back to their guru, because it is wrong, that is my understanding. We do not mantra sharing. I know it's a trend now to panty sharing….but mantra is not panties! [4] i know some things,u know some things and if all chip in we can create a better system for our future generations. You think so…..I share to whom it meant to share……but not with a spiritual conman. DB you said: No one here knows you personally.. come on DB. Look at the words HE/SHE is using…. " amrit-nectar of mother's love with everyone " It didn't take a genius to deciper them all….. I like to take this opportunity to talk about Chameleon. Chameleon is A Truly Bizarre Lizard. chameleons are unique creatures in their own right. Known for their ability to change color, they can be seen wearing a variety of colors, including brown, green, blue, yellow, red, black or white. Communication is an important reason behind these color changes. With color, chameleons can communicate with others, expressing attitudes such as their willingness to mate. Contrary to popular belief, chameleons cannot display limitless colors and do not change colors in a camouflage response to their surroundings. Instead, their skin changes in response to temperature, light, and mood. A chameleon's colorful beauty is truly skin deep. Under the transparent outer skin are two cell layers that contain red and yellow pigments, or chromatophores. Below the chromatophores are cell layers that reflect blue and white light. Even deeper down is a layer of brown melanin (which gives human skin its various shades). Levels of external light and heat, and internal chemical reactions cause these cells to expand or contract. A calm chameleon, for example, may exhibit green, because the somewhat contracted yellow cells allow blue-reflected light to pass through. An angry chameleon may exhibit yellow, because the yellow cells have fully expanded, thus blocking off all blue-reflected light from below.
