Hard science cannot explain everything, but it is still nice to have a gentleman and spiritual leader who is not shy about it. Studies have shown meditation to change our neurophysiology and to even change our body temperature. This without a doubt is a contribution to the benefits of eastern spiritual practices. Jai Ma!
