Guest guest Posted November 20, 2009 Report Share Posted November 20, 2009 namaste Astrology was a part of vedic rituals being used in those days to find out the auspicious muhirta etc and predict outcomes for the yajnas performed and also to exactly find out the orientation of planets etc (partly astronomic). I suppose there was no greek influence on our system and it is viceversa.
