She is the Goddess who grants us success in wisdom, knowledge, education, research, music, singing, dancing, acting, painting, sculpture, etc. As the ruler of speech, she is called Vagdevi. There will be nine havan kundas, and children will be seated on each side of these nine kundas, worshipping Sri Vagdevi by offering havan materials into the agni, helping grant success in both education and the arts. The havan shall be performed under the guidance of Sri Karunamaya Baba, Pontiff of the Sri Chakra temple at Devipuram, India. Sri Karunamaya Baba, known affectionately as Chinna Guruji, is a longtime Devi upasaka and the pontiff at DEVIPURAM temple, a center for Goddess worship located in Andhra Pradesh, South India. He brings a considerable knowledge of the Sri Vidya tradition with him, thus assuring an effective result.
