Dear sirs,

Iam fasting for three days having only one glass of milk each day.

Can anyone please tell me how to break the fast?

Swami sivananda says to break the fasting with a juice.

My doubt is after breaking the fast with juice can I have any solids

on the fourth day?

With regards,

Vrk

Take juice the first day, the second day take juice and brothy vegetable

soup. After that see how you feel.

(this is recommended from several fasting books)

Dear Gurujan,

My doubt is, after fasting for three days what need to be done.

Swami Sivanandaji says if one is fasting for three days one should take

enima every day and should break(in the fourth day) the fast by taking a

glass of fruit juice.

After the juice can I take any soild food?

Thanks in advance.
