I am a Sahaja Yogi .I started 3 months ago ,had some very good experiences and would like to ask you the following: a)I am an Orthodox Christian and am annoyed when some call the Christian Baptism mockery,somehthing without meaning,unvalid.still,Jesus Chirst,the Inacrnate Son and and Word of God the Almighty gave the Gift of Priesthood to the Apostles.They used the teachings of Christ and the Power He gave to them and performed baptims,miracles and ordinations,passing the Power given to them by the Son of God Himself to the current priests.So,if the priest do not have the power to truly perform the "baptism of fire and spirit",then the Power given to the Apostles by Jesus Christ is not true,right?But even the founder of SY accepts Jesus Christ as the Son and Word of God,confesses His Name and His incarnation,doesn't she?So,what is the official opinion on that(Holy Spirit and Christian Baptism and validity of Chirst's Power) b)Do I have to believe in the Hindu Divities(e.g. Sri Ganesha)?As a Christian, I believe there is ONLY ONE GOD. c)Do I have to worship the SY founder?Even if she is the Holy Spirit Incarnated,wouldn't worshiping the Holy Trinity(Father ,Son and Holy Shost) as the One God the Almighty be enough? d)Considering I want to leave SY,will there be any cosquences? e)Is there any way that throught experience it is proven that the SY founder is the Holy Spirit(a specific meditaion,mantra etc.)? f)Is there any way I become more intelligent and can study and memmorise better?I am a University stusdent but ,while I was a very brilliant student,now I am very lazy while I don;t want to.I cannot contetrate ,memorise,study etc.Plus,I have some obssessions.Any specific techiques? One thing is possible, noone wants you to feel bad because you are a christian. We are all born something. But all the yogi's know the ego can feel attacked through the standard explainations. And you should not pamper your ego either. but see to accept what your own vibrations will tell you whe you meditate on the answer. And this is part of it. Paul is responsible for the current institution of the christian church. And in a smaller part Peter. Paul is the self proclaimed apostle. He was denied by Jesus and the other apostles. They never sought to establish a physical church as the kingdom of God is within each and every human being. The church as we know it has long established itself as the kingdom of God and is diametrically oppossed to anything else. They call it heresy. It has even destroyed civilzations on the doctrine of sanctitiy of ritual. An African nation once said to the vatican it is the individual that brings sanctitiy to the ritual. The church upholds that the ritual itself is sanctified. And destroyed in the past any and all who thought differently. In this way even the most ignorant can perform their rituals. So i ask you, why did Jesus say to Peter who was going to meet with paul, " you are going to meet with the devil " . I know you can verify all this on your vibrations. You only have to trust the answer. Most human beings seek two things, some three,ie: power,money,love. Beyond that there are those who seek truth, call it God. Knowledge is not belief, you should seek Knowledge, direct experience for yourself. Deities exist within us on the chakras, is a fact to me. It is part of my being. They are as aspects of the One God. Like one man may be a father,son,brother,like that. it is simple. We cannot judge because India is so close to the Sahasrara that many deities incarnated there. In fact all cultures had gods and goddesses that reflect those same archetypes. That is a tough question in a way. I came to knowledge of Her in my own meditations and it seemed natural to want to honor Her, but then I am her son and Love her as my own Mother. What is one without the other, they are all working in perfect harmony. It is man makes the disharmony. It is one world and being all part of it, we often cannot see the whole, we only see our small section, thinking then others are different. Eventually Mother will bring you face to face with God Almighty, part of Her job you could say. Yes, one day you wil identify the Kundalini in you is the same being as that of Mataji. Not her physical self, but the Power that animates her. Foot soaking for one, sitting on the earth another. I can only say for me, a wind blew through my mind first time i even looked at Shri Mataji, it blew out alot of cobwebs. i was like retarded compared to the new consciousness. I only needed to raise the left sympathetic to have perfect recall of all my lessons when in school. So maybe something else is working out in you, i dont know. Not in Sahaja yoga, i dont believe so. In other methods you can replace their problem, but it usually comes back. I think if you have been in SY three whole months dont you have contact with anyone clay?
