Dear Brothers, I was inhibited by the lack of space. I meant to

convey the joy of discovery in Sahaja Yoga that the Elements all

support us. I will try your experiment in a friends pool some time.

Being an old woman (which is why I have the temerity to keep

chatting when all the other women are remaining silent), I usually

just footsoak in the Indian Ocean here in Western Australia but when

the air was 42C I went in. Always I namaskar and thank our

Grandfather for His cleansing and I felt His loving embrace

supporting. Encouraged I relaxed completely. I was laughing and

tried all sorts of positions; yogic tree postures, hands folded on

the heart, hands in ears saluting the Ether, raising and tying

Kundalini, bhandan...enjoying the feeling of being recognised by the

Indian Ocean as a child of Shri Adi Shakti. A stranger actually

swam out to see if I was ok...fully clothed, skinny old lady lying

in the water talking and laughing!! My point was really that the

Elements, being Deities, recognise us. It is the same with Mother

Earth. If we respectfully namaskar when we awake each day and thank

Her for Her support, for giving us our bodies and all our needs, She

also responds, particularly when we shoebeat. We can enjoy the play

ofShri Vishnumaya and Shri Bhoomi Devi when we (continued next page)

You are definitely the child of Shri Adi Shakti, the new race of

ancient souls that have taken birth to bring forth the Dawn of Light

that will end the Night of Kali Yuga.

Kundalini awakening, comprehend what is taking place on Mother Earth
