Guest guest
Hi, Hopefully this is a pro-SY club as I accidentally joined a against SY club the other day. I am surprised there is so much anti-SY on the internet...my experiences (since Aug 2002) have been lovely and life changing for me. I would be interested in talking with some young yogis from London of my age range (24) if your out there and reading this! Most young people in London seem to be 'lost' in their minds and take to all manner of wrong doing! SY has helped me to realise what is good and what is bad, not so simple in the West sometimes!! So, if your interested in talking about how you got started and your experiences then please e-mail me: lunduner1 Adam
Guest guest
Hello Adam and welcome to the forum. I am moved to respond to you in some manner by the timely reminder of Jagbirs, that none have done so yet. For myself it is important not to give advice like from a shotgun. It seldom works, and we want you to feel good yourself. Whatever it is you feel inside of you, be it kundalini or something else, try to remain detached from it, just learn to watch it without reacting to it. If it is negativity of some kind it will go away. If it is your Kundalini it will grow better if you dont react emotionally to it. Except Loving her of course. She likes it best when we are the witness. Hope this helps alittle, Love to you, Ishmael

I only just sighed up with this aid shankti forum and I,vet never done any writing with computers befor4e. one of my pure desires is to start to become a bit more of a natural with literature. As a yogi with pure knowledge, one beings to really know what is the best direction to take within oneself to found the wisdon.I had a very big lesson on sunday night just after i joined this site. the first thing i read was one of your letters you sent so i set out on my first incouunter of emailing someone. Even right now as i,m writting this i,m learning like a child is ment to learn. i really misted out a lot at school and i,m enjoying my new birth to its utmost.for 3 hours i was conposing a letter to you with the best of vibrations and with out knowing what happened it deleted. so to try to get back to the profound state i got to is a quest in its own light. thery are a great number of younger yogis some have be in sahaj all there life and it just so happens there are some as old as you . if you can imagine i was 24 years of age when i came to sahaja yoga. it never crossed my mind that there was an age difference in the old or young .but i dont know why now the younger yogis have got some great times ahead of them and as i sat writting to you on sunday i got to see how much you have in opportunities to grow with them.As you might realise just from the forum site, sahaja yoga is so great, and please believe if you can you really are going about it the right way . i,ve got so much i;d like to talk to you about. We have a good sahaj house hold here in streatham we,re very musical and ofcourse we all work and you could say most of the time we,re busy doing our own thing .but theres no stopping the fact we no its a blessing being together. We try to have a sahaj music night ever other friday and an advane meeting ever other week as well. let me know about we,re you live and if you,d like to meet up.like i said theres lots to talk about and even though it,s great writting it does'nt come naturally so give me a call if you what and i'ii tell you a bit more about the connection i've had around this experiece. tel02086795383 mob07960962778 from jake " Jake CINGEL " <jake <lunduner1 hi to dayzeduk i'm from london! 29 January 2003 21:52 > > > > > > Hello Adam and welcome to the forum. > > I am moved to respond to you in some manner by the timely reminder > of Jagbirs, that none have done so yet.
