Guest guest
Dear Tiger, A lot of western sahaja yogis do not know that it is very important to use water to clean ourselves in the toilet. Not paper. This is such an automatic thing for Indian people like not ever exposing the body, too, that it doesn't rate much of a mention. But here in Australia which is the Mooladhara of the Earth Sri Mataji was kind enough to mention it at a puja seminar saying that if we would like Sri Ganesha to care for us we must show this basic respect for him without which we cannot clear and strengthen His chakra. You probably know that if His chakra is not sound the seat of Lord Jesus at Ajna chakra will also be troubled. Taking care not to look at unclean things and keeping one's eyes at about the height of little children and flowers when out in public helps both chakras, avoid seeing too many movies and books or T V with subjects which offend the innocence. We have to treat ourselves as if we are little children whom we are also raising in this difficult world to nourish our innocence. It is great to remember that our innocence is untarnishable. It may have been obscured by the murk of modern hedonism but it can never be destroyed, just waiting to shine through again. with love from Aunty Lyndal
