Guest guest
Dear Lyndal, Thank you for the beautiful email and will do the needful. i appreciate the time you have taken to express your views. There is just one point on which i would like to exchange a few words - a wise and calm person speaking up and a difficult one keeping quiet for harmony's sake. It will be obvious that the quiet one will be appreciated and more welcome. By speaking up it does not mean you are not wise and calm, which you obviously are. i would prefer someone to tell me with a straight face my mistakes or that concerning the collective, than murmuring behind my back. Those who speak up are usually harassed, even regarded as foolish and agitated. i will be regarded thus by virtue of being way down the pecking order. But if the same comments are made by a leader or coordinator chances are they will make less waves. And if Shri Mataji says it then there will be absolute agreement. That is why Her request that we announce the Last Judgment is perfectly alright, while my doing so is fraught with danger. Obviously i cannot be regarded as wise and calm, just as you cannot for speaking your mind. Dissent is never appreciated by those in power because it exposes faults and shortcomings. Sahaja Yoga is no different. Only those intensely dedicated to the cause are able to voice their concerns, challenging those who are supposed to steer the organization to greater goals and wider visions. But are these whistleblowers, to use a derogatory word for self-depreciation, regarded as calm and wise. No, you and me will never be in the eyes of the empowered. You will be negative and difficult, even bhootish. It is a very effective propaganda to nullify their own shortcomings and ostracize dissenters. But Lyndal take comfort that the Cosmic Goddess will leave no holes for a false religion to rise after She leaves. Unlike past incarnations everything is recorded in black and white. All we need are honest, dedicated and righteous SYs willing to uphold Her cause with utter disregard for fame or favor ....................... and, of course, their reputation as unwise and 'uncalm'. Better the dissenting voice of a single shakti than the false harmony of a hundred yes men. regards to all, jagbir
