Dear Sahaji Brother(s),

 

We NEED not take to any other type(s) of Yoga. Because First-n-Foremost we must understand what the Yoga is. Yoga = Union, Connection to the All Pervading Power of Divine Love. This is possible nowhere but only through Sahaja.

Moreover, other alleged "YOGA" are injurious to you prolifically : Physically, Mentally and also sometimes Spiritually.

 

Another point we must always have is Shri Mataji is Shri Adi Shakrti & she has directly taken us to the pinnacle of our Evolution, effortlessly. But if we continue to look downwards to any other alleged "YOGA" or any such tiny term(s), we have NOT admitted Shri Mataji as Shri Adi Shakti yet.

 

As it regards Hatha Yoga, the people living in Homes & Families CAN NOT pratice Hatha Yoga at all. Hatha Yoga is meant for celibates only who MUST complete all their practices of Hatha Yoga before they cross the threshold of 25 yr of their life.

 

All the other paths or types of Spiritual Seeking have been fruitened as you got into Sahaja Yoga. But if you still continue with them, it's analogous to wish for a Bullock Cart in the apoches of Superfast Trains.

 

As a Sahaja Yogi, you, on the contrary should try to uplift your seeker friend by taking him to Sahaja Yoga. You should tell him clearly how dangerous Hatha Yoga could be if practiced in Undertaking of a Non-Realized mentor.

Also "it gifts the Heart Attack to the practitioner", Shri Mataji tells.

 

Therefore, you SHOULD NOT do anything Excepting Sahaja Yoga.
