KOFI ANNAN ( UN ) : Thousands of people have died because of war and poverty directly or indirectly because of UN backing of superpowers. No support to week nations. 2. SHIMON PERES : Foreign Minister of Israel Ordered the execution of thousands of civilians and made millions homeless 3. YITZHIK RABIN ( PM ) : Prime Minister of Israel Ordered the execution of thousands of civilians and made millions homeless 4. NELSON MANDELA ( SA ) : South African Ordered the killing of hundreds of white people 5. MIKHAIL GORBACHEV ( USSR ) : Consented to the killing and murdering of millions of innocent people in Afghanistan 6. ANWAR SADAT ( EGYPT) : An Eyptian Brutal dictator, torturer, arrested thousands of innocent people. 7. MENACHEM BEGIN ( PM ) : An Israeli Prime Minister Orchestrated the massacre of thousands of innocent men, women and children 8. HENRY KESSINGER ( USA ) : Accused of many genocidal war crimes 9. YASEER ARAFAT ( PALESTINE) : Sold the blood of palestenians in return of his safety. Hope this year, George W.
