Guest guest Posted October 17, 2003 Report Share Posted October 17, 2003 My Dear Brothers and Sisters, I am fairly new to this group, only been joined a couple of months and i have read more bickering and more judgementalism in this group than in the 2 years that i have been in all of my other spiritual groups......i was raised in the christian faith and even they got the ego attitude of i am more spiritual than you are or i have to real truth,,,,da da da da da.........this is all ridiculous,,,,God is no respecter of persons and know ye not? that you are the temple of the Holy Ghost and the Lord says, you need to take the plank out of your own eye before you can see to take the splinter out of your brothers eye, or in other words, clean your own doorstep by going inside through meditation and deal with your own issues which is between you and God for your own personal walk and not anybody else....Now the Lord says this: to love the Lord your God with all of your heart, with all of your soul, with all of your strength and with all of your mind and the second one is like this: Love thy neighbor as thyself and you can hang all of the law and all of the prophets on these two commandments. How do you accomplish this????By four easy things: by meditation and communication with the Lord daily, by Loving, by giving and by forgiveness,,,,,,as a man thinketh, so is he, so you have to watch what you are thinkng about and what comes out of your mouth and make sure that it is lining up with the spirit of God.......now about your outsides,,,,,,the Lord said this and if you really believe what the Lord says and know that HE is not a liar, then you will meditate on this scripture as to why HE said it and what it means......He said,'it is not what goes in the body that defiles the man, but what proceeds out of the mouth, this defiles the man.' Then the disciples came and said to Him, 'do you know that the pharisees were offended when they heard this statement?' But He answered, 'Every plant which My heavenly Father did not plant shall be uprooted...."Let them alone; they are blind guides of the blind. And if a blind man guides a blind man, both will fall into the pit. Peter asked and said, explain the parable to us.' Jesus said,' are you still lacking in understanding also?' "Do you not understand that everything that goes into the mouth and passes into the stomach, and is eliminated?" But what proceeds out of the mouth comes from the heart, and those things defile the man." For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adultries, fornications, thefts, false witness, slanders. "These are the things which defile the man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile the man." The Lord is more concerned about what comes out of your mouth than what you put into it,,,,so please brothers and sisters, if you really want peace on this earth and if you truly want the Lord to come and set up HIS kingdom here,,,,then quit worrying about anybody else and what they are doing and start worrying about yourselves and what you are doing and quit judging people by their outside appearance or what they eat or what country they live in or the color of their skin and start loving thy neighbor as thyself,,,,,and start loving thyself so that you can love thy neighbor, because we are to serve the Lord in deed and in truth,,,not in books and judgement.......now, you can kick me out of this group if you want to,,,,but this is a flow from the Holy Ghost and i am always willing to be persecuted for Righteousness sake.............and this was given in love for the Lord and love for His Creation.......... softmelody shriadishakti wrote: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
