Dear Sahaja Yogis (Especially Shri Manoj Ji (map5166), JAI SHRI MATAJI ! !

Now, we have to understand our significance. Our time too, is very Important & thus should NOT be wasted on Physical Excersises, as Sahaja Yoga gives you all that you need. Therefore, you needn't entangle with Excersises, Surya or Chandra or Tara Namaskar(s). The only thing we have to do is to Meditate & Spread Sahaja Yoga, rest everything will be TAKEN CARE OF.

As you have asked about Diet, Sahaja Yoga doesn't prohibit Non-Vegeterian Food, contrary to what sometimes it's recommended to the people who're very much sentimental (Left Sided) & frequently get troubled by Left Side problems. But it doesn't mean that everyone has to eat Non Vegeterian Food. If you need eat, you can. If you've been Non-Vegeterian for a long time, you needn't throw it off your menu. But, we shouldn't consume the Animals who're bigger in size like Cow, Buffallo, Bullock, Bull, very big Fishes etc. As about Chicken & Normal Fishes, can be eaten. Because, there's nothing wrong in Non-Veg. For your kind information Shri Ram, Shri Krishna, Shri Gautam Buddha, Shri Mahaveer, Shri Muhammad, Shri Nanak, Shri Kabir etc. used to take in Non Veg whenever they required.

SO, THE MAIN THING IS THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO PUT YOUR ATTENTION ON DIET ALL THE TIMES.

Coolest Regards,

Yours Sahaja Yogi Brother,

Dr. Nitin Khandelwal, Ujjain Sahaja Yoga Yuva Shakti, UJJAIN, MADHYA PRADESH, INDIA.
