Guest guest
Hi, Manoj. Chanting is valid and yields results only in Sahajayoga, as only Shri Mataji can bring you in the Gyan Marg(the Sushumna Nadi). It is only by chanting or praying in front of Shri Mataji's photographs that the Kundalini begins its ascent and crosses the Sahasrara. Apart from this all is a waste. On different chakras different deities are placed and they yield vibrations which soothe and calm you on the respective chakras. Prayers and chanting without Shri Mataji and Sahajayoga is a total waste, and you will only get catches (from minor to mediocre to severe) depending on your degree and frequency of chanting without Shri Mataji and Sahaj. You can experiment, and we can help you if you wish.
