“The most profound experience of meaningfulness coincides with the recovery of our true identity as incarnate spiritual beings. It is then that we are made whole. And if it isn’t, we have to find the reason, by looking into life as a whole, which includes the source of the stream and the basic roots of consciousness and the thought process. If we do this, we will generally find that a lack of meaning of life has its root in sustained and pervasive incoherence in our thoughts, in our feelings, and in how we live, along with a

self-deceptive defense of the whole process against evidence that it has serious faults.We could say that life as a whole is grounded in the matter of the universe and also in some subtle level that we could call spirit, which literally Is "breath" or "wind." We have to reach this total ground to be able to live a life that is its own meaning. "When the Kundalini rises one can feel easily the cool breeze coming out of one's fontanel bone area on top of one's head. One can feel it oneself and one has to certify oneself. No one can intimidate or manipulate a Sahaj a Yogi. People come to Sahaja Yoga from many sects, religious organisations and schools of thought, but their conditionings drop off. No one can condition a realised soul after Sahaja Yoga.This freedom is very beautiful, and then slowly one learns to fly like a bird on one's own until one masters it and knows all about Divinity.After Sahaja Yoga the personality rises so much above others, and the sense of discretion becomes so sharp and perfect,

that the media, television, entrepreneurs, fake masters, misguiding or modern methods, nothing can deviate the mind from the righteous path.No one can lead a Sahaj a Yogi astray, unless and until a Sahaj a Yogi himself falls into some temptation, fear or manipulation.The Sahaja Yogi enjoys his freedom and that of other Sahaja Yogis.He knows his powers and has knowledge about himself. He becomes a powerful, free saint leading an angelic life."

Shri Jnanagamya DeviJnanagamya (980th): To be reached by Knowledge alone. The Ultimate is to be attained by Knowledge alone as it is of the nature of consciousness.
