Except for you, jagbir, I have not met one Sahajayogi who tells me to do footsoaking once a month or so. All the people I have met at the different centre(s) in India and foreigners I have met in person and on the net have told me to do footsoaking twice daily, once before retiring and once before leaving for work. I do not consider it as a mechanical exercise, or as a " toy " or as a ritual. It is also the first thing we tell newcomers to get started with - in addition to balancing, as footsoaking helps them clear up fast and brings them into balance - into the centre fast. All the Sahajis I have met have encouraged foot soaking to the maximum - as many times a day if you can, even 20 times if you can, but at least twice daily.
