Guest guest Posted April 1, 2004 Report Share Posted April 1, 2004 All the newcomers need to concentrate on only two things for starters - that is Daily Footsoaking and Daily Meditation twice daily. Other things like Lemon, Chillies, Matkas, Paper Burning etc I have not used till today and do not really convince me. They need to be used at a later stage after an year or two for extreme problems. I tried one or two but was not really convinced, and they were not really effective for me. Only Footsoaking and daily meditation twice is indispensable.
