Bhoots and bhadhas....and newcomers

Hi All,

This is with reference to the mail about not telling

new comers about bhoots and badhas. Mr. Jagbir was

expressing his view that newcomers must not be told. i

am relatively new to sahaj yoga. By virtue of being

very free (read unemployed) for the past 6 months, and

being ditched by a very dear girlfriend, i've had

loads of time on my hands.

I jumped straight into sahaj and i think i crossed the

spiritual speed and time barriers by

over-meditating(2,4 or maybe more hours a day). I

started to experience fantastic vibrations within the

first 2 months and was totally amazed. Just then we

celebrated matajis 81st birthday puja and at the mela

here i met some sahaj doctors who called me the next

day at a fellow sahaj yogis house for personalised

advice. Cutting a long story short, i did go to the

house, got all the medicines and advice for my medical

problems and when i got home, i started getting

anxious/depressed. I thought i'm tired and went to

sleep. When i woke up, it felt like someone had

reached into my chest and pulled my heart out. I was

SO SO SO SO SO SCARED. I packed my suitcase in the

next one hour, asked my maid to wait around while i

packed because i was so terrified....and was going to

catch a flight to spend time with my folks.

Fortunately though, my reiki/pranic healing master was

around and he managed to pacify and give me healing

too. I've recovered from the incident and though my

aunt is frantically trying to get me back into

sahaj....i'm honestly not sure.

I'm here though..and this time i guess i'll slow down.

Hi Alex

Be not afraid of your own self. Jagbir has just given Shri Mataji's

advice. " Surrendering " to thy highest self. Hold on to Her Hand and

never let go of it. You are going to experience what thy Self can

become. It is scarry at first only if your attention looks

sideways. You have to maintain your attention on The Master, Shri

Mataji. Whatever questions you have, She will answer them, when

the time is right.

I was overwhelmed for the first six months. Steadfast and with

nothing to lose I remained, my hand in Hers always.

Get in the car and drive very very fast! That is the way to do it.
